Part One — Name It

Most of us have been carrying something for so long we've stopped calling it what it is. We call it a season. A valley. A hard stretch. This is where we start telling the truth.

What brought you here?Not the polished version. The real one.

What have you been calling it that it actually isn't?Stress. Burnout. A rough patch. What is the word underneath those words?

What is the loss that doesn't have a name yet?It doesn't have to be a death. It can be the business. The version of yourself. The relationship. The dream. The life you thought you'd have by now.

Part Two — See It

We all have something we reach for when things get hard. This isn't about shame. It's about learning what you've been using to survive — so we can figure out what you actually need.

What do you reach for at the end of the day?The drink. The scroll. The food. The sleep. The work. The numbing that looks like something else. Name it honestly.

How long have you been doing this?When did this pattern start? What was happening in your life when it began?

What is it protecting you from?What does it keep you from having to feel or think about when the house goes quiet?

Part Three — Say What Hasn't Been Said

This is the section most people leave blank at first. That's okay. Come back to it. The questions you're most afraid to answer are the ones that matter most.
